Build your infant and toddler practice in our Reggio-inspired, play-based early learning environment. This opportunity is for current ECE Infant Toddler students completing a practicum required by their educational program. Learning opportunities • Observe educators and learn to respond to infants’ and toddlers’ individual cues. • Assist with care routines and age-appropriate activities under educator supervision. • Explore ways to support sensory play, movement, stories and outdoor experiences. • Practise observation and reflection with guidance and feedback from the team. • Learn how to support a safe, caring environment and warm relationships. Placement details This is an unpaid student practicum, not a paid employment position. Full-time hours, dates, learning goals and supervision arrangements will be agreed with the student and school. Placement is subject to school confirmation and the centre’s ability to meet the program’s infant toddler practicum requirements.
