What we do
CareOpenings helps families find a daycare, join waitlists and answer invitations to apply, and helps daycares fill their open spots.
For daycares it is also a management platform: enrollment and the waitlist, a classroom app for check-in, daily reports and photos, messages and newsletters, staff schedules and time, family billing with autopay, Documentation Studio with AI and a daycare website builder.

FamiliesSearch licensed daycares, save and compare them, send waitlist requests and follow every reply. Once your child is enrolled, the parent app shows daily reports, photos, messages and bills.
DaycaresClaim your free profile to answer families, manage the waitlist and post teacher jobs. Paid plans add the classroom app, staff time, family billing, Documentation Studio with AI and your own website.
TeachersOne account for your classroom and your career: check children in, record the day and publish daily reports, then browse jobs, pick up sub shifts and follow your applications in Careers.
